The trail winds around the top of Turtleback Falls to the pool below
the falls. There are several giant boulders that make perfect
bleachers fro watching the adventurous swimmers slide over the falls
to the pool below.
Return to the trail and continue. You"ll soon see the top of Rainbow
Falls on your right. Follow the trail down and along a wooden fence to
get a view of the falls. Rainbow Fall has an impressive 00 foot drop
and in the process sprays out a lot of mist --- which accounts for the
rainbow. If you're sure-footed, walk a little further and step into the
mist.
